As you know, this weekend marked Easter celebration. I was invited to Susan's home where I enjoyed a wonderful meal and many great moments with her family, we get along really well and love sharing our cultures with one another. The highlight of the evening was the sharing of our musical tastes. Each of us played at least one of our favorite songs for everyone. I was introduced to three new groups/singers: Joyce Jonathan and Mickey 3D (both french) as well as Amy MacDonald (scottish). You can find them on my playlists ;) At the end of the night we all exchanged chocolates and goodies; I got a chocolate Bunny! his name is Frederic and you (in the U.S.) will probably meet him because he is not for eating. And I bought myself a bell full of Ferrero-Rocher. Bells are one of the main symbolizing figures of Easter in France, they carry the blessings to France from Rome.

The French have a nationally declared Easter Monday, so no one works! In Morestel there is an annual Flea Market on this day, you better believe I attended and I spent some moo-la.
At the end of the day I took a little 16k bike ride with Max. We had views you only see in movies! The pictures don't even do it justice.

Aside from me not being able to control my bike very well the air, smell of spring, and wind blowing through my helmet was perfect, not to mention the mountainous horizon. *sigh. I am really going to miss this place.
